Completely filled Registration Form should be sent to the Symposium Convener along with the Demand Draft of the Registration fees payment. The Demand Draft should be drawn in favor of “Convener, FCASI-2016” payable at Jaipur.

 

In case of electronic payment (NET BANKING), the participants are requested to send a scanned copy of UTR receipt (Transaction id), the Name & A/c number of the Remitter along with the scanned copy of filled registration form to uor.fcasi2016@gmail.com
